Peppermint has always been one of the most popular herbs, loved for its distinctive aroma. Mint's essential oil, menthol, creates a refreshing cool breeze sensation on taste buds, palate, and throat when eaten, and on nasal olfaction glands when inhaled. Its bright flavor adds elegance to beverages, desserts, salads, and savory dishes.
When consumed, Peppermint has been known to provide relief or assist with: calming, digestion, cold/flu, mindful energy, and inflammation.
