Join us as we take a culinary ride on The Imperial East Umami Dynasty Oriental Express.

First Course: Tuna Tartar and Avocado Stack with a Ponzu and Miriam Drizzle with toasted sesame seeds and red cabbage microgreens

2nd Course: Spinach Salad with mandarin oranges, cashews and blueberries with a ginger vinagrette

3rd Course: Miso Glazed Salmon with a sesame report pepper kale and cilantro pesto Israeli Coucous

Fourth Course: Dessert  

Gather at 6:00 and Dinner will be presented from 6:30-8:30.
